Redevelopment of the VAG parking lot

Surf Grand Montréal would like to inform you of the work surrounding the redevelopment of the Vague à Guy parking lot.

Planning a meeting of the LaSalle City Council during the next monthly public consultation.

Objective: To propose safe solutions that respect the owners living near the VAG

- Development of the vacant space at the end of Gagné Street

- Relocation of the parking lot from LaSalle Blvd to the other side of the street (park side) between Gagné Street and Raymond Street

Certification of the situation.

Several complaints have been made by residents of the neighborhood over the past few years.

- Badly parked vehicles blocking residents' entrances

- Surfers changing in front of the residences

- Drivers making unauthorized u-turns on LaSalle Blvd.

- Pedestrians crossing outside the permitted area

Also, surfers occasionally run out of parking spaces near the VAG
